Terms of Use

1. Internal Use Only

QuickBooks MCP is a private internal integration made available for authorized internal use. It is not a public consumer-facing application.

2. Authorized Access

You may use this integration only if you are authorized to act on behalf of the connected business and only for legitimate business purposes.

3. Permitted Use

The integration may be used to retrieve, review, analyze, and support accounting and operational workflows involving QuickBooks Online data.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• use the integration for unlawful purposes
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to data or systems
• misrepresent your authority to connect or use a QuickBooks company
• interfere with or disrupt normal service operation

5. No Warranty

This integration is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for internal business use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the integration.

7. Suspension or Revocation

Access may be suspended or revoked at any time, with or without notice, if we believe use is unauthorized, risky, or inconsistent with these terms.
