QuickBooks MCP is a private internal integration used by authorized internal operators to access QuickBooks Online data for internal business operations.

2. Information We Access

When authorized, the integration may access:

• company information and account metadata
• invoices, customers, vendors, bills, and transaction records
• financial reports, including profit and loss and cash flow
• other accounting data needed for internal reporting and analysis

3. How We Use Information

We use QuickBooks data solely for legitimate internal business purposes, including:

• financial reporting and operational analysis
• cash-flow planning and budgeting
• invoice, customer, and vendor workflow support
• internal accounting and automation workflows

4. Sharing

We do not sell QuickBooks data. We may share data only with internal personnel, contractors, or service providers who need access to support authorized business operations and who are subject to confidentiality obligations.

5. Retention and Security

We retain data only as long as reasonably necessary for internal operations, legal compliance, and recordkeeping. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect authorized access.

6. Revocation

Access may be revoked at any time by disconnecting the integration from QuickBooks Online or by contacting us at the email address below.
